Terms & Conditions
By booking with Vanity Fur, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a seamless, safe, and elevated experience for both you and your dog.
1. Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be made online, via our app, or through our concierge team. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification. Clients are responsible for providing accurate details regarding their dog’s breed, size, coat condition, and behavior. Vanity Fur reserves the right to adjust service time and pricing if the information provided is inaccurate.
2. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service.
3. Late / No-Show Policy
Clients must be available at the scheduled pickup/drop-off window. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at our discretion. Failure to be available for pickup or delivery, or missing your appointment entirely, will be treated as a no-show and may result in a full service charge.
4. Pet Behavior
For the safety of our team and all pets, you must disclose any history of aggression, anxiety, or behavioral concerns. Vanity Fur reserves the right to refuse, stop, or modify services at any time if a dog poses a safety risk or experiences excessive stress. If a service is discontinued due to behavior, you may still be charged for the portion of the service completed.
5. Health & Safety
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella). Proof of vaccination may be requested. All dogs must be in good general health at the time of service. We do not accept dogs with contagious conditions, including but not limited to fleas, ticks, infections, or open wounds. If fleas or ticks are discovered, a treatment fee may be applied or the appointment may be rescheduled. Proof of current vaccinations may be required at our discretion.
6. Liability
While we take the utmost care, grooming involves inherent risks, including minor cuts, nicks, or skin irritation—particularly in cases of matted coats or sensitive skin. Vanity Fur is not liable for pre-existing conditions or underlying health issues that may be aggravated during grooming. Clients should upload veterinary records onto the dog’s profile before they are accepted as a member. In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care on your behalf. All associated costs are the responsibility of the client.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the service selected. We may require a deposit to secure your appointment, particularly for first-time clients or extended services. All services, add-ons, and applicable fees (including late, cancellation, or handling fees) will be charged to the payment method on file.
